Continuing efforts to give Middle East customers the highest levels of customer service and maintenance on their vehicles, dealers across the region have brought the latest technologies and expertise to service Cadillac’s latest models.

The readiness to tackle high-tech repair jobs serves as a foundation to Cadillac’s future advanced product strategy, which will include mixed and composite material as a cornerstone in all future products. This will give Cadillac dealers the edge in a high-tech service capability to match the advanced technology products they sell.

The latest technologies in the structural design of Cadillac were first introduced in the CT6. The brand’s latest prestige sedan is made of 11 different metals, creating a segment-leading torsional rigidity to mass ratio, with an industry first of combining a steel and aluminium bond that is possible with a GM patented method. This has enabled the designers at Cadillac to build the lightest structure in its class with no compromise in both rigidity, comfort as well as safety.

Christian Soemmer, managing director, Cadillac Middle East, said, “Our latest iteration of a premium sedan brings with it a host of new and class-leading technologies, being the lightest in its segment. The CT6 personifies exactly where we are and the direction we are going in, daring to look past the conventional and continue to offer our customers what they have come to expect from Cadillac.”

Cadillac dealers across the region have made the necessary investments in new specialised tools and in focused training of their body shop personnel to ensure that the quality of repairs adhere to the highest standards and maintain the structural integrity of each vehicle.

Speaking on the matter, Mohammed al Fayyad, director of Customer Care and Aftersales at General Motors Middle East, said, “CT6 customers own the most technologically advanced Cadillac to date, and they know it. As such, it is imperative that we offer them the assurance that their CT6 will be taken care of with the same level of diligence and sophistication should it need the same.
“Since the launch of the CT6, we have ensured that our aftersales teams have conducted regular visits and trainings to our dealer network to ensure the highest quality and standards that our customers have come to know and expect during the complete life cycle of their vehicle.”

Launched in 2016, the CT6 is Cadillac’s take on recreating the formula of the prestige sedan through the integration of new technologies developed to achieve dynamic performance, efficiency and agility, unseen in the large luxury car segment.
